TERMS & CONDITIONS: THE GUVNOR FILES RACING CLUB

By purchasing one or more Membership Units in The Guvnor Files Racing Club (hereafter referred to as "the Club"), you agree to be bound legally by the following terms, conditions, and rules.

1. Club Nature and Core Definition

1.1 The Club operates strictly as a private betting syndicate and entertainment service.

1.2 Individual stakes are called Membership Units. They do not constitute company shares, financial instruments, investments, or regulated financial products.

1.3 All funds pooled by members are used solely to place pool bets on horse racing via the Betfair Exchange on behalf of the syndicate.

2. Unit Purchases and Initial Value

2.1 The baseline purchase price for a single Membership Unit is strictly £50.

2.2 There is no maximum cap on the number of Membership Units an individual member can purchase, subject to the total club limit.

2.3 The Club pool size is capped at a maximum of 100 total active units per calendar month.

2.4 No units will be allocated or activated until full payment is received via bank transfer.

3. Daily Operations and Staking Strategy

3.1 The club manager will select and execute exactly three (3) horse racing selections per day:

The NAP of the day
The Next Best (NB)

The Each-Way (EW) Value Bet

3.2 All wagers will be struck on the Betfair Exchange by the club manager. Members have no input or control over selection or execution.

3.3 The Club operates under a strict safety rule risking a controlled 5% total of each day's bankroll:

The NAP: 2.5% of the day's bankroll
The Next Best: 1.5% of the day's bankroll

The EW Value Bet: 1.0% of the day's bankroll

3.4 Proof of every wager placed will be provided daily via screenshots posted to the Private WhatsApp Group.

3.5 The financial valuation of each Membership Unit will fluctuate dynamically and will be updated on a daily basis after all bets for that day have settled.

4. Month-End Settlement and Reinvestment

4.1 The syndicate operates on a calendar-month cycle. At 23:59 on the final day of each month, the unit value locks for reconciliation.

4.2 Members must declare their choice for the upcoming month by the cut-off time communicated in the WhatsApp group. They may choose to:

Cash Out: Withdraw the full adjusted unit value plus net profits, which will permanently lapse their membership.
Take Profit & Roll Over: Withdraw the net profit earned, while reinvesting the baseline £50 unit value to secure their spot for the following month.

4.3 A 20% Management Fee is applied at month-end, calculated strictly on net profits generated. If no net profit is generated across the month, no fee is charged.

5. Mid-Month Withdrawals and Cancellations

5.1 Members have the right to cancel their membership and withdraw their funds mid-month, subject to structural penalties.

5.2 A strict 24-hour notice must be submitted via private message to the official WhatsApp number (07789 117813).

5.3 All mid-month exits are subject to a 20% early-exit charge applied to the total current value of the withdrawing member's units at the time of settlement.

6. WhatsApp Group Rules & Content Privacy

6.1 All tips, data, strategies, information, and bet screenshots shared within the Private WhatsApp Group are strictly confidential.

6.2 Forwarding, leaking, or sharing any group content externally will result in an immediate ban, immediate forfeiture of membership, and a forced mid-month unit liquidation (subject to the 20% penalty fee).

7. Risk Acknowledgement and No Guarantees

7.1 Past performance, including the historic 240% ROI achieved since September 2025, serves as an informational track record and does not guarantee future profitable results.

7.2 Horse racing betting involves an inherent risk of financial loss. By buying a unit, members explicitly acknowledge that the value of their unit can go down as well as up, and they could lose some or all of their initial £50 stake.
